What is TRIM?

TRIM is an all inclusive 7-week virtual coaching program that utilizes carb cycling (high carb AND low carb days) paired with effective workouts to trigger fat burning and speed up your metabolism. I simply TEACH YOU HOW TO EAT! I don’t make you give up alcohol, I don’t make you give up your favorite foods, I simply teach you what they’re made up of (carbs, proteins and fats) and how you can fit them into your days!

We have an all-inclusive app that includes your food tracker, on-demand or PDF workouts, meal guides, education guides, a personal journal, a community group, daily posts and full access to me!

How much does it cost?

Your first boot camp is $199. You can do a second boot camp for a discounted rate. For continued accountability, education and support, you can join my VIP group for $74/month ($2.50 a day!). You have options! We also offer payment plans to make it financially feasible for you to prioritize your health.

Do I have to cook?

I am the worst cook on the planet. I don’t cook. I simply put things together. You can do that! I utilize TRIM’s meal guides for ideas and my sister’s meal plans to help me know what to make each week. We keep it VERY simple.

Can I do it from home?

Yes! Everything TRIM is virtual and is intended to be followed from home. Convenience is key for many of my clients. We are all in very busy seasons. All TRIM workouts can be completed from home (you will need to purchase a few items to help you with this).

Do I have to be follow it perfectly?

Heavens NO! I want you to focus on progress and consistency over perfection. You WILL have results if you focus on these 2 things. Mindset matters. We focus on SOMETHING over nothing. Your nutrition matters most. If you just want to start focusing on nutrition and start working out later, GREAT, let’s do that!

How much weight will I lose?

Your success and results are completely dependent on your commitment level to the TRIM program. You will have results (both mental and physical) if you follow TRIM 80% of the time. Results are not just scale related. Changes in energy, sleep, cravings, inches lost, are all results that come before the scale. We don’t use the scale to measure our success.
